а) юр. (статья, включаемая в закон и дающая определенным официальным лицам право требовать исполнения данного закона)
б) межд. эк. (достигнутое в результате Токийского раунда соглашение, разрешающее членам ВТО предоставлять развивающимся странам более льготный режим в торговле без обязательства распространять аналогичные уступки на другие страны; на основе данной статьи развитые страны предоставляют льготы развивающимся странам в рамках Общей системы преференций, не распространяя эти льготы на все остальные страны, как того требует принцип режима наибольшего благоприятствования; развивающиеся страны могут заключать преференциальные торговые соглашения друг с другом, не распространяя преференции на другие страны; является правовой основой специального и дифференцированного режима, предоставляемого в рамках ВТО развивающимся странам развитыми странами; полное официальное название — "Дифференцированный и более благоприятный режим, взаимность и более полное участие развивающихся стран")
